Had a room on the 18th floor with a fantastic city view. Property is located in the middle of the best area in Caracas, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would book again.

The staff was really attentive and helpful. The overall experience was really good. Excellent location, the beds were comfortable and the room very clean. Might just need a little upgrade on the furniture. But nevertheless a good hotel and would totally recommend
