Didn't find the booking

When I arrived, they couldn't find my Hotels.com booking. I showed my reservation number, but no. I was asked to wait in a sofa, but after 30 minutes I gave up and asked again. Once again, they couldn't find it, so they took pictures of my reservation and on my paid receipt (on my phone) and then finally I got a room.

The hotel is one of the few decent options there is in Caracas. Nonetheless, it still falls short in some areas such as service, and maintenance. Almost no one speaks English other than the reception staff. In general staff needs hospitality management training since they are rough in their dealings with the customers.

Muy mal no tenían mi reserva nadie informó del área de reservas que yo llegaría pero en recepción me pusieron a pagar 300 usd en garantía con mi tarjeta de crédito y me tocó esperar casi media hora para que hicieran eso hasta el día siguiente sumado a largas filas en el check in y que no querían romper mi garantía al día siguiente de 300 usd a pesar de ya haber solucionado por su parte el problema.
