The hotel is one of the few decent options there is in Caracas. Nonetheless, it still falls short in some areas such as service, and maintenance. Almost no one speaks English other than the reception staff. In general staff needs hospitality management training since they are rough in their dealings with the customers.

When I arrived, they couldn't find my Hotels.com booking. I showed my reservation number, but no. I was asked to wait in a sofa, but after 30 minutes I gave up and asked again. Once again, they couldn't find it, so they took pictures of my reservation and on my paid receipt (on my phone) and then finally I got a room.
