Beautiful hotel, lovely setting and gorgeous views. The pool looks amazing for hotter days, lots of outdoor seating with amazing views (including those of Lake Garda). We had a lovely large double room, only downside is it did not have a plug socket other than one by the sink, so charging phones was not easy. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking taxis. Hotel is steps away from restaurants and bars and a couple of minutes walk to the Madonna Della Corona path. Breakfast was good, mix of hot and cold food. Spiazzi is a stunning Alpine village and the hotel is a great base to explore from. Definitely recommend this hotel, it was blissful.

Beautiful view of the valley below. Loved the 'infinity pool' after our long drive in. We did notice a very stong odor when exiting the elevator on our floor. Not sure if it was some kind of cleaning product or if some child had an accident in the hallway but both myself and my companion found the odor very unpleasant. When I mentioned it to the staff, they seemed surprised and said they didn't notice anything. "Mountain View" was just the grassy hillside next to the hotel. The property is easy walking distance to the start of the path to "Madonna della corona" church on the cliffside and several restaurants in town. The breakfast buffet was nice with varied options.

Das Zimmer mit Sauberkeit war staubig, so das ich im oberer Teil mir ein Stiffer geben lassen hatte und selbst bereinigt hatte. Unter dem Klo weiter unten war alt Urin dran und die Fliesen darunter so abgenutzt das ich mir es schon gedacht hatte. In den Ecken tiefengrünlich nur Solala.Staubig und das wenn mal Hausstau Milben Allergiker ist nicht do schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich, ausser eine Dame war ziemlich genervt, wenn man was wollte, allen anderen super nett. Frühstück war immer das selbe keine Veränderung. Nur Toast 2 verschiedene Sorten, und Crosissant, und nur eine Sorte Brot, keine Brötchenauswahl mal zwischen durchmal. Das Toast konnte man Toasten aber nur ein Backtoaster, man musste ewig warten das man den nutzen konnte, daher ungetostet gegessen. Müsli, kornflaks ausreichend, aber nichts mit wenig Zucker. Alles zu süss gewesen. Gemüse und Obst war ausreichend da. Bei Kuchenbuffet war es unterschiedlich. Pool waren untern Würmer drine und Hundehaare. Die Bar und Personal Top. Was fehlt wären mal Angebote oder mehr Flyer mit. bisschen Werbung was man machen könnte. Der Rest mit der Umgebung Ausblick volle 5 🌟 .

O hotel estava vazio (baixa temporada), eramos únicos hospedes, e mesmo assim fomos muito bem recebidos, com um ótimo café da manhã! Recomendo a todos este hotel! Hotel muito lindo e limpo, próximo da Madonna della Corona, e com uma vista surreal para o lago di garda!

Super Aufenthalt, tolles Hotel mit klasse Service

Das Hotel ist super klasse. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, personal super super hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist zudem auch noch spitze. Der infinity Pool mit Blick ins Tal zum Gardasee ist der Wahnsinn. Immer wieder kamen Spaziergänger vorbei, um diese Aussicht zu fotografieren. Aperol Spritz an der Poolbar für 5.50€ ist auch klasse. Ein besonderer dank gilt den Jungs im Service, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch an der Bar…. Die waren super aufmerksam und sehr nett. Wir hatten eine super Woche dort. Der Inhaber Alberto, von dem in einer anderen Bewertung gesprochen wird, kam jeden Tag zu uns, um sich zu erkundigen, wie man unseren Aufenthalt eventuell noch verbessern könnte….. sehr aufmerksam.

Un hotel fantastico!

Era la prima volta che soggiornavamo in questo albergo, ma sicuramente non sarà l'ultima. Tutto era perfetto: il bellissmo ingresso e la sua da pranzo, la nostra splendida camera e la fantastica terrazza davanti all'hotel con una vista meravigliosa sul Lago di Garda. Il cibo delizioso è stato servito da personale molto cordiale. Infine, vorrei naturalmente menzionare la grande e bella piscina a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel.

1 Zwischenübernachtubg wurde zum Highlight !! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen . Tolle Lage und der Pool ist der Knaller - angenehme temperiert und mit Ausblick vom feinsten. Tolles Frühstück- bis auf den Kaffee aus der Maschine - der war ungenießbar.

Che incubo!

Il nostro soggiorno in questo albergo è stato un vero incubo. L’hotel è gestito da personale giovane e palesemente inesperto. Al nostro arrivo, ci è stata assegnata una camera che non era ancora stata pulita, un errore inaccettabile per una struttura che dovrebbe garantire standard minimi di ospitalità. Quando abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception, la situazione è peggiorata ulteriormente. Il receptionist, invece di scusarsi e risolvere prontamente la questione, ha alzato il tono della voce e ci ha chiesto di aspettare perché l'albergo era pieno. Un comportamento che abbiamo trovato estremamente scortese e poco professionale. Dopo mezz'ora di attesa, finalmente ci è stata assegnata un’altra camera, ma il disagio ormai era evidente. Consiglio vivamente di evitare questo albergo, soprattutto se cercate un servizio di qualità e personale competente. Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata rovinata da un personale che sembra non sapere cosa significhi gestire un hotel con professionalità.
