Buena limpieza,personal amable intentando ayudarnos,ya que la habitacion que nos dieron no se podia estar de la calor ,pedimos un ventilador,y solo tenian 2 o 3 y los habian ya dado a otros clienes,nos cambiaron a otra habitacion mas fresca y aunque hemos pasado calor,era aceptable.

No coincide con la ubicación. Dos calles más arriba de la carretera, que es la que ponía. Falta un simple ventilador de techo. Hacia calor durante el día. Tampoco tenía sacador. Una de las camas muy ruidosa, pero la otra perfecta. Tenías que esperar para coger las llaves a que atendieran a los clientes en un restaurante. Mucho ruido de tuberías de la habitación de encima.

Hotel situé dans un endroit exceptionnel. À partir de la terrasse nous avons pu profiter de la vue sur les montagnes et de superbes couchers de soleil. La chambre et l’hotel était d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avions notre jeune enfant avec nous et nos hôtes ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Le restaurant, attenant à l’hotel, sert le petit-déjeuner et le café y est très bon. Ils offrent aussi un excellent menu typique de la région de l’Alpujarra et une terrasse avec une vue imprenable. Plusieurs randonnées sont accessibles à partir de l’hotel, il y en a pour tous les niveaux. Merci aux hôtes d’avoir participé à faire de notre séjour à Capileira une expérience magnifique.

La atención del personal un poco decepcionante. La recepción es en un bar/restaurante y pasan de tí hasta que deciden hacerte el favor de atenderte, y no había clientela. No me pidieron tampoco documentación. Tampoco cuidan los detalles, la ducha estaba rota y es algo que no cuesta tenerlo bien. El colchón durísimo y muy ruidoso. Lo mejor, el precio.

Todo perfecto....todo muy limpio,sitio muy tranquilo,la habitación calentita con calefacción (que no me lo esperaba) la terraza de la habitación con excelentes vistas,tanto al pueblo como a la sierra cubierta de nieve... personal agradable,buena comida y desayunos caseros 😋la gente del pueblo muy campechana... volveré seguro...gracias.☺️
