Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Would not recommend staying here, too many issues

The advert for this property is misleading. Wifi is only free for the first few emails. We received a letter stating that our stay was in breach of the terms of the estate and therefore could not use the public facilities (pool, tennis court etc). \ In addition there are numerous signs in the property, on walls, cupboards, on tables saying "do not touch", "stay out, private, property of owner" etc. This is in addition to a deposit required for the stay (which does not get repaid for 3 weeks) and a hefty manual stating all the items the guest will be liable for if anything is damaged. Needless to say our stay was therefore not as expected.
