This is one of my favourite apartment hotels ever in Cape Town. Great location, welcoming, kind and professional staff, stellar security and amenities. I truly felt at home and always safe. Activities and surrounding areas are just a walk away from the hotel too or a ride away. Location was really good and the apartment had everything you needed. I didnt get my room serviced while i was there evidently due to a misunderstanding. The bar in the complex is very poor but not the responsibility of the appartment owners. On the whole a great place to stay.

We loved the friendly and personal check in with Laz. The apartment was spacious and small touches that made a helpful difference were having some dish soap and laundry soap available in the room and the binder with information about where to eat, how to get room service etc. The check in about how our stay was going via WhatsApp after a few days was also very thoughtful and appreciated. We would absolutely stay at Urban Elephant again!

We have just returned from the most amazing stay at Urban Elephant 16 on Bree. The apartment exceeded all expectations, more spacious than the photos inferred, fully equipped and located centrally. The staff were great, in particular Laz the Guest Relations Manager, he was available for any queries or booking enquiries we had, nothing was a problem, a truly conscientious person who generally cares about his job and the satisfaction of guests.
