Scam of a hotel

I got scammed by the hotel. I booked and it was confirmed, I paid, when calling for directions the reception said it was full and there was nothing they could do and that I must contact customer services for a refund. Customer services rejected the refund request

I am surprised that these people will charge you extra for a parking spot. The parkings were empty but I still had to park outside. My opinion is that these people are amatures in business. I travel very often and I have seen many of these places fail. Greedy bunch. Its rediculous. I will never go back.
