This hotel was comfortable. Breakfast and other meals were tasty. We had some issues woth the key cards not working but the staff sorted us out. Would recommend having a way to contact reception from the room.

Well maintained and secure hotel located in the city centre. Good sized clean room with kettle, tea and coffee, quality sheets, and pillows, shower accessories. No view from my room, overlooking rear of run down building. Staff very helpful and willing to assist. Good assortment of breakfast with healthy options and omelette cook on standby.

I stayed at ONOMO for 10 days and I had a lovely time . The room was spacious and the bed very comfy so were the pillows . I am very grateful for the way the staff treated me especially Patrick who was lovely he made sure that all my requirements were met . George the driver was lovely too ,not to mention the girls at reception who were ever so kind to me . I can safely say that this hotel can be recommended to anyone travelling to Cape Town, Thanks to all at ONOMO Hotel xx

Rooms were large, but there were several maintenance issues throughout the hotel. Staff was friendly and receptive to feedback and the manager was excellent at trying to address issues we encountered. The location is centrally located to transportation, historic locations, shopping, and other a useful resources. There is also a local artisan market in front of the hotel every day and a great little coffee shop in a 19th century church adjacent to the hotel.

Keep in mind you are in the city center, it feels a bit sketchy at night however the security makes you feel safer. Hotel building is outdated, bathrooms are clean but carpets have stains on and are in desperate need of replacement. Overall stay was good, plus is that the hop on hop off site seeing bus office is 2 mins walk away from the hotel.

It served its purpose to gp to clifton beach. Too small bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Front desk help upon arrival ignored me and answered the phone instead. Good location for nightlife walking dustance.
