This hotel sits right on the edge of the water just a 20 minute Uber ride away from the Victoria and Alfred Wharf. The breakfast is delicious, so it was definitely worth the price. The dinning options at the hotel are endless too with 24/7 room service, a bar, and delicious eats all around. Security is 10/10 and Yvonne at the reception desk was very helpful when it came to helping me extend my stay when my flight was delayed. I would book this hotel again.

The location is ideal for those wanting to visit Cape town but still have enough peace at the end of the day. The hotel overall was excellent and the food very good with lots of choice of quality food. The only downside was the planned work improvements meant that it was often noisy and dusty during the day.

This was a family and child friendly hotel, the staff were lovely, helpful and very professional. The amenities were great, and the scenic views were stunning. I would recommend this for a comfy and close stay to the seafront!

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful! From the reception counter to the cafe and even security at the front door, the helpful and friendly team made the stay very comfortable. Maybe it was because it was during winter, or off season for a beach hotel, but the facility had seen better days. It makes sense to do repairs during the off season, but the repairs seem like a bandaid on an older property and overall the facility is simply older. In the room, the tv barely worked and we finally realized that the remote needed batteries. Fortunately we had some extras from a post safari flashlight we donated. The bathroom had obvious mold in the shower and needs a very deep cleaning and caulking. For the price, the facility should be better! Maybe lower the rates and expectations while working on improving the facility? Thankful the staff and nice breakfast made up for the issues!
