Horrendous! Falling apart!

Horrible stay! No air conditioning as promised; ceiling fan not working; temperatures got to 35c inside because blackout curtains were too short for the window plus no cooling system; toilet door about to crack every time you opened the door; kitchen tap about to fall off; cupboards about to strip off; couldn't leave the building earlier because all my documents including passport and credit cards got ‘hostage’ int he safe for 14 hours because it had not been maintained; and television sound in-and-out. Elevators in a terrible state and not very clean; gym equipment in need of maintenance; and swimming pool a pond for seagulls. Loadshedding battery very noisy; no lights; no kitchen facilities; and no socket power for at least 2-6 hours a day during loadshedding. The management is beyond arrogant! Arrogance and incompetence isn’t a nice cocktail ‘to swallow’ for 15 nights!

The property was under a major construction and they didn’t communicate that to me and I was traveling with a child. They did not do any house keep for the duration of our 3 nights stay, no sheets were changed we ever had to call in for them to bring us fresh towels. The address was confusing to find.

The team at Infinity were amazing, they were a delight to deal with and were extremely helpful to me when I had dates of stay move. The complex is very secure and parking is assigned and undercover. The views are breathtaking, and the pool/braai area is well maintained and a wonderful area to relax in. Would recommend to everyone!

Great modern apartment

Very clean and comfortable apartment, with beautiful views. Only downside is that the tv did not work. In South Africa they have multiple remotes. The two main ones for the tv and the satellite did nothing. I reported it the next day. When I got back the evening the tv was on where they fixed it. I tried changing the channels with the dstv(satelite) remote and nothing happened. I then tried the actual tv remote. This did change the channel, but brought back the error screen I had the day before. I gave up as it was clearly faulty and the fix they did was just temporary. They should really leave instructions as to which remote controls does what. They even offered me a different apartment to shower in when the water pressure affected the shower in the apartment the first morning.

Great for kite-surfing.

We had a blast at Blouberg Strand. We were there to kite surf - and Infinity Self-Catering Apartments are located next to the beach. The apartment had excellent views and the standard of the apartment exceeded our expectations. For breakfast we went to cafes around the corner or to the hotel next to Infinity Self-Catering Apartments. Parking is free in their locked garage.
