A good hotel to stay for a few days. Very nice staff and good breakfast with all you need. Outside very loud and the neighborhood is probably not the safest one in Capetown, at least during the night. Very crowded during the day as there were a huge market outside. Fitness room nice but should be modernized.

Room service was super helpful. Their action was really quick and great. Room was bigger than what we thought, with this location in middle of central Cape Town, room space was outstanding. Breakfast was better than other Holiday Inn Express we stayed and we loved it. Just one thing was parking, only small space leading to the parking enterance from the street, but instead the valet parking staff was super great.
