Brilliant hotel overall. The location was a little tricky to find at first, but once there it was nice. The rooms were modern, very clean, and spacious, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. I must say the breakfast was excellent — a great variety of options and very high quality, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel has a great atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful service, the room is nice. The breakfast is sooo good. Location is great. They have a free shuttle to the waterfront. But we also drive. Thanks for the great stay in Cape Town.

Polite and helpful staff made our stay very memorable. The shuttles are convenient to get into town on hot days. We walked back to the hotel when it was pleasant weather which took about 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet is amazing, one can also add freshly cooked eggs or avocado toast on top of the lavish selection. The pool was decent but there were no parasols to shade under so it was way too hot in the summer sun. There is the option of the private shuttle to and from the airport which we took three times. They were timely and very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a peace of mind and welcoming faces.

Staff was judicious, helpful and friendly. It was clean and plenty of little niceties like iced tea in the lobby along with little sweet gelatin bits. (I don’t like them, but the gesture was good). When you asked for something for the room, it was delivered quickly.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing area for drinks/tapas. Spacious clean & secure room with view of Table Mountain. Pick-up airport service (booked through hotel but not included in room rate) was efficient and friendly. The hotel is a long & somewhat complicated walk from the V&A waterfront and the cruise terminal. The free boat-shuttle to the waterfront was not operating because it was too windy, and the free shuttle bus schedule was not convenient for our schedule, so we ended up using a taxi service to both. If you are looking for a premium upscale property, this is not that. However, for its class, I give it five stars and would happily stay there again.
