Room was spacious and spotless!! AC was nice and cool. Beautiful pool area and only a few steps to the beach. Quiet, friendly service. 100% great value. Will stay again and recommend for anyone who wants a little quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but still close enough to walk/bike there.

Arrived a little early, however check in was not until 3. Not a problem. Beach was was not more than a block away. When our room was ready, friendly front desk lady gave us a call. The room was spacious and VERY clean. I would come back.

This was a last min. booking for me and I was pleasantly surprised. I have been coming to this area for the last 35 years. The Saratoga was clean, nice, convenient and priced right. Everything worked in the bathroom and was spotless. The beds were comfortable and clean. I only stayed one night but I may consider staying here on longer trips next time.

Best hotel in Wildwood Crest

Everything was very clean & I was very impressed. Usually hotels that are more expensive at the Jersey shore smell musty because of seawater being in carpeting. But Saratoga was exceptionally clean. I felt safe. The ac worked great and mattress was great. The pool was clean. Staying less than a block from the sand was priceless.

This hotel was very conveniently located. It is within walking distance to the beach. It was also close to restaurants and diners. The boardwalk is just a short ride away. The room was comfortable and had a microwave and fridge. There is a very nice pool too. The owner is a very nice man and very accommodating and met all of our needs. I would stay here again.

This is an older facility. That being said, you can't beat the price considering the location. The room was small but clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small; The tv guide said there were 24 available channels but only half had sound. The staff was very courteous. All in all, if you didn't go to the beach for the room but rather the beach, you got a good buy.

Not worth the money even for a night

It was ok for a night, Besides the shower having black mold and the beds having just a sheet and blanket wasn’t expecting to see the bed looking like that as i was trying to pull up the sheet and blanket to go to bed, the pillow cases were dirty to they definitely didnt have room service before our stay or at all if that, but i guess you get what you pay for right? if i would of known that i would of choose something else for sure very unsatisfied stay hope they do better in the future

There was sand everywhere on floor my daughters feet were black. The room was cute. Sand in the sheets! Thank God they had extra ones because they do not change bedding. There is no housekeeping they really need to invest in vacuums because you can’t just sweep and mop get vacuums !

check in was okay and the girls there work very hard and were very courteous to us with when we needed linens . the room was unfinished from being remodeled and the mattress and pillows were not comfortable and the one pillow had blood on it .the mattress hurt my husbands back and I have a bad back so it really was not comfortable to me at all ! also the cafe that was supposed to be there for our coffee and breakfast was not open as promised in the agreement . We had to go elsewhere . The room had no trim and the bottom had gaps and pieces of plaster and there was food on the floors and O even found an old pair of glasses that were very dirty under the bed ! Overall not a good experience for being in Wildwood Crest :(

We arrived fifteen minutes before checkin and were told that our room would be ready even though they were running late. I was told to check in at 315. I ended up taking my children somewhere to buy some time and came back at 4:00pm. We entered the room and found it dirty, beds unmade and hair and dirty towels all over. I walked to the front desk to Report the room not being done and the manager made excuses for lazy employees. There was one man who works there who told the manager in front of me that he would only do part of the room because he was done at 4. Annoyed and also got because it was 96 degrees outside, the manager again asked me if I saw that the problem was staff, the young man’s attitude and I told him That all I cared about was a clean room. At 4:06 the manager told me he would send two girls the room and they would be done in 15 mins. I was concerned how a room could be completely cleaned and fixed that quickly but figured they knew what they were doing. We had dinner reservations, which I had to change to a later time, due to the inconvenience. I was patient and waited outside the room, in the heat, with both my young kids, who were also hot and tired. We did not get into the room until 4:55pm. Although they mopped and put new bedding on the beds and left clean linens, the bathtub had someone’s used soap on the side, there was a long hair in the sink, only were given 2 wash cloths and towels, for three of us. Outside was dirty and needs hosing. C-

This place is drastically overpriced. It is a dirty motel with slow & unreliable WiFi (if you can connect to it in the 1st place), a moldy bathroom, a broken bathroom sink, and staff that does not provide sufficient help when there are concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially at this price point. The only benefit of staying here is the close proximity of the beach, but I can assure you after a beautiful day at the beach you’ll seriously contemplate sleeping in your car instead of returning to this motel for the night.
