Pool and tiki bar/swim up bar was great. Hotel itself needs to be updated, rooms painted, add a table and lamp and a chair for indoor seat. Also a few hangers would be helpful.

Location is very convenient. We arrived on Saturday and Sunday was the last time anyone came into the room to drop off towels and straighten up. We left on Wednesday. No hot water Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Will not stay there again!

Older hotel refurbished loved my queen bed with balcony overlooking the park. Sat at the swim-up bar and had a drink. Saturday night we also had a drink at the hotel bar on the 1st floor. The staff was very nice.

Convince of being close to the boards was awesome. The swim up bar also a plus and the tiki bar at night was really cool if your into dive bars which i am. Over all was great just cleaner scrubs on couch and window would have been great.

Great spot - right across the street from convention center. Parking lot is small but have overflow lot down the block. Rooms are tiny. Bathroom redone and nice but very small. Pool area is really nice with tiki bar and stools in the pool. Staff is really friendly and helpful. A++

Checked out the next day after checking in. Room was a shoebox. Air conditioning did work good. Sounded like a freight train while it was running. Fruit flys in room. Just bad experience. The good part of property was the very nice woman at the front counter at check in

We had a great stay at the Oceanic Hotel. The rooms were updated and very clean, the pool was excellent, and the location is perfect just a short walk to the boardwalk. The only downside was the parking. On-site parking is limited, and while there is an overflow lot nearby, finding a spot isn’t guaranteed. If both are full, you’ll likely have to pay for expensive public parking.

Great location, near the wildwood sign. Close to boardwalk. The pool and hot tub were spotless, the staff was consistently checking the pool water while we were there. the bartender at the pool bar was great. There is a small parking area next to the pool and an overfill lot just down the street. This is a no frills hotel. No free breakfast, no blankets, no phone in room. The beds were SO comfortable, especially after a long day on the boardwalk or beach. Bring blankets. It gets cold in the room overnight and you have nothing but a sheet to coverup with. If you ask for blankets, the staff will give you extra sheets. Overall was a great stay and I definitely will be returning !

The pool, hot tub, and swim up bar are great. I really enjoyed those and the bartender was lovely. The room itself could be much better with some renovations, as there were holes in the wall. The door to our room did not close all the way so you really had to push to ensure the door was closed. As well as the locks on the door was janky, had to push the lock from the inside of the door to make sure it was locked when leaving. Overall the room did it's job, but the door issue definitely leaves a bit unsettledness.

The staff was nice. But the property needs some serious renovation pictures are very misleading. The fire alarm went off 2 times in 24 hours prompting me to get out of the shower without rinsing and waking us at 5 am after a sleepless night due to un intoxicated man across the hallway that vomited between our doors and was not cleaned until we left next morning. We booked 2 nights but we couldn't stay another minute in fact we came home to get cleaned up and cut our vacation short. The manager was very apologetic and refund us the money without any arguments. We hope they will fixed all the problems because the staff deserves a better place to work and guests a place to relax from every day stress.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were polite and kind. This was the only good thing about the hotel. There were no microwaves. The room was literally the size of a box and I was supposed to have a balcony room and didn't. My refrigerator was leaking when I first got there but fixed thankfully by evening. NO vending machine. I have handicapped parking and there's only 2 spots for this parking. If you don't park in 1 of the 12 spots available you're stuck parking down the street. I would not recommend this to anyone. Stay someplace else!!!

The front desk was very nice and polite. The rooms were also clean. The rooms are basically to sleep, change, and go. Don't expect anything out of this world. Its your basic wildoods hotel. Its at Great location. And we enjoyed the pool and tiki bar very much. The only thing was we didn't have anywhere to dry clothes and towels because we didn't have a balcony. But are overall stay was pleasant and staff was very nice.

All the rooms we had were really small however they are newly updated. It took 4 different attempts and new keys each time for one of the rooms we had, overall taking 2 hours to access the room. The staff was nice and helpful, the parking was not at the hotel it was 2 blocks down the road (but it did give us free parking while staying) very close to the beach.
