Rooms are extremely clean, very friendly staff, bartenders were great, and we really enjoyed the outdoor pool most of all. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, we even got to check in early because our room was ready. I would highly recommend the grand hotel and plan on returning!

The staff was incredible, had a very large indoor pool since it was still off season for the outside pool. The rooms were clean but the air conditioners were extremely loud which made it hard to sleep. We had our rooms cleaned everyday with new towels without even having to be asked which was great. We would stay here again.

Advertised as pool view but parking lot only view! Smoking stand directly in front of our room so couldn't sit outside on balcony. Rusted fixture over bathroom sink, broken molding, wallpaper peeling and tub had seen better days. Dumpster under back window with 6:30 am pickup loud banging. Room window air conditioner very loud and struggled to cool properly. Main halls, pools well maintained and amenities with beach access and pool chairs a big plus but room was a huge disappointment.

The room was very clean and comfortable; however, the telephone was not working - which we didn't realize until the last night of our stay. There was a loud quarrel - altercation and banging on the door - in the adjacent room at 2 am. The dead telephone turned out to be a problem as we couldn't call the front desk. Also, no one responded when we tried an external call from our mobile phones. A working condition of everything in the room should be part of the room preparation for check-in. A non-working telephone is a safety issue.
