Friendly NZ Motel!

Super friendly staff and owners. Really enjoyed this place and there are some really nice walking trails nearby with excellent access to the ocea.

Quaint cottages in gorgeous location near fur seal colony, breathtaking views and charming neighbourhood. The host was friendly, accomodating, we really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantasic, comfortable, well equipped room. We loved it so much we booked a second night when we arrived. Complimentary breakfast was super the first day but disappointing the second day- arrive in good time for breakfast or bread runs out!

Outstanding place. Pam was wonderful fornchecking us in, offering dining, hiking and other local info. The room was very well-maintained and clean. Used the spa to relax. In the morning we had a great breakfast woth homemade bread. Location right on the water is perfect.

A beautiful place with a great owner. We had one night stay on our trip through South Island, but it feels like at home, the place is peaceful and quiet, the little detailed deco in the room is unique and home feeling. Breakfast room is such a great idea to meet with the people who staying there. Nice scenic walks nearby, certainly will stay again next time back to the area.

Lovely receptionist, great little unit. However an aircon would have been appreciated in the heat. An added bonus having a continental breakfast supplied for guests. Location is beautiful, it’s 10 minutes out of town so only a pub next door to eat unless you drive back into town. Lovely coastal walking tracks and going up to lighthouse.

The units were quiet, and warm. Bed very comfy and a table to write at is a bonus. Great pub next door for food. Breakfasts are continental, but home baked bread is good! The carpet is worn from sun exposure in some units. The host is great with knowledge of the area and general conversation.
