Beachfront Beauty

Very nice accommodations. No hassle check in as we were given the code to our spacious, lovely condo the day of arrival. The oceanfront view was gorgeous! We chose this location to view the rocket launch and it did not disappoint! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and spotless, even with beach goers bringing in sand! Excellent property, def be back!

Very happy with our stay. It was very clean, had a nice view of the ocean from back patio. The grounds were clean and they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, even a football to throw around in the beach. All of the appliances worked well and supplied plenty of towels and even had body wash and shampoo. Amanda checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied, directions to get in the condo was easy. Overall, very pleased by our stay and would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for my family of 5. We had a great view of the beach, and we loved being able to drink our coffee on the balcony. If we needed anything staff were very easy to get ahold of. If we decide to go back to the Space Coast I would stay at Cape Winds again. You are right on the beach, but also only an hour from Orlando so we spent time living the best of both worlds.

The view of the beach was amazing and we were on the second floor. The water was just a short walk away. The exterior facade of some units near us was being repaired, but this work was disclosed at the time of booking. As was the pool being closed due to upgrades. The unit size was perfect for our needs and better supplied than most beach rentals I've made in the past. The only criticism I have relates to physical condition of the unit and the furnishings. It was apparent that the kitchen and appliances have been upgraded recently. The bathrooms were marginal. The living room and bedroom furniture have seen better days. The sliding glass door in the LR out to the balcony was in need of repair. It was not lockable. The ice dispenser in the refrigerator was totally frozen up with excess ice. With a bit of effort, we were able to get the ice tray out and clear the auger and the shoot from the excessive ice. So overall my recommendation is good..but realize the unit may have some issues.

Beautiful 1 bedroom privately owned condo, fully furnished with everything you need, bummer that the pool was closed due to construction but beach was a short walk (property is on the beach)...didn't interact with the rental company, so can't comment on them......overall great location and value

Beachfront Beauty

Great stay!

The property had great beach access, plenty of extras for the beach in the room like an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards. Unit was spacious. First floor is very easy beach access but doesn't have an ocean view. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen fully furnished. Only issue we had was the sliding door was hard to open and the toilet paper was too thin to even take the chance in using.

Perfect trip

Awesome stay. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Beach was very close, clean, and quiet. Managed to watch a cape Canaveral launch during our stay as well. Will be coming back.
