“Facilities were good and lots of things the kids could do. Staff were accommodating was an awesome week.”

“The Staff were lovely and helpful, unfortunately the TV in the room was broken which wasnt a huge issue as only staying the one night. Great beds and quiet in the rooms. Had live music and couldn't hear it in the rooms at all but was loud in the restaurant/pub). It would be nice if the connected restaurant correctly gave you staying discounts (which I did not receive but my friend did) and the play area in the restaurant is filthy and needs a good clean.”

“Lift stoped working and there was no coffee, tea or milk provided in rooms for use. First room I was sent to wasn’t even clean and we had booked two nights but only got one towel provided and the shower screen door was broken so when you showered water went all over the floor which made it a safety issue There is a restaurant open during certain hours but is high in price so may want to try and get food elsewhere”

“Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down 1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh.
