This hotel is tricky. We got rooms on the 3rd floor and they were horrible and not deserving a stay. We spoke to Expedia who called the hotel and they immediately changed our rooms to the first floor which is impeccable. The facilities are great and the breakfast as well. The staff is amazing and very nice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but make sure you ask to stay on the first floor until they renovate the 3rd.

Brilliant staff

The staff make this place: so attentive and clearly trained. Whilst the hotel is a tad tired we were very comfortable and the breakfast was second to none. A 20% reduction with on site food was offered! Pity we didn't know if this previously: we had prebooked a nearby excellent restaurant.

The Hotel is on a corner with very heavy traffic. Not easy to get in and out. The rooms, Bathroom, and shower are very small. There is not much storage for 2 or more people if you bring more than 1 suitcase. The lobby with a bar and breakfast area in the basement is fine. The staff is very friendly.

Nice hotel at a very busy intersection. Next door is a wine store and excellent chinese restaurant, and a short walk to a grocery store as well. Room was clean but small, especially the shower.

Not Even Close to a Four-Star Hotel

Not Even Close to a Four-Star Hotel When we tried to take a shower in the evening, we found that the drain was completely clogged. There was no shower curtain by the bathtub, so water splashed everywhere – and on top of that, the shower hose was leaking. This was far below any acceptable standard, let alone what you’d expect from a hotel claiming to have four stars. To make things worse, the receptionist’s only form of “compensation” was to offer a bottle of mineral water. Frankly, this felt both inadequate and almost insulting considering the situation. On top of that, we paid €50 for breakfast for two adults and two children – a price that was absolutely not justified by the quality or selection offered. This is simply not a four-star experience – not in terms of facilities, maintenance, food, or service. We strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

Parking ruim, mooie kndeling gebouw, inkom, terras, lounge binnen en buiten, bar, gezellig open uitnodigende bar.. restaurant met gezellig terras en lampjes, prachtige cosy inrichting met handige practische maar ook goede doorkijk dividers tussen de tafels.. de Watson gehalte- schilderijen met de gele taxi… van de Toscaanse kunstenaar Alessandro -Alex- Cantogni.. een ochtendbuffet om u tegen te zeggen, en heerlijke cappuccino.. 1 micro-mini jammerpuntje: we mochten ondanks aandringen niet buiten zitten om te ontbijten ondanks de tafels en ruimte er was… el waar de de avond voordien een mega gezellige avond hadden met lekkere brut franciacorta, heel lekker zeevruchten in een sausje met romeinse sla, asperges met een crèmesausjes om je vingers af te likken.. .. ..
