“Lovely hotel right in the centre of Locarno square, immaculate, restaurants and shops 2 minutes away and ten minute walk to station”

“Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,”

“This place is a perfect work of art, which is wonderful. The GPS takes you slightly further than you should go if you are using Google maps or Apple Maps and driving here. Meaning that the hotel is above the little town that it shows to be near or in according to the GPS maps. Other than this, everything was perfect!”

“Nettes, rustikales Zimmer. Aber...! Kompliziertes self-checkin. Der Eigentümer hat den Überblick nicht, wer, was, wann bezahlt hat. Trotz 12 Std. Vorauszahlung erhielt ich den Code für den Schlüsseltresor nicht und musste umständlich telefonisch nachfragen. Dafür kamen im Anschluss immer wieder unnötige Nachrichten vom Eigentümer. Das Zimmer ist zwar nett, aber die Decke sehr tief. Wer grösser als 180 cm ist, kann nicht gerade stehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher um löslichen Kaffee zu...

“It was a lovely stay. Very calming and relaxing and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. There’s really nice hiking, really nice drinks and food, and a really good view. The walk up to the hostel was steep and 3km so pack light if you visit. Great for people who like hiking and views.”
