“We could not do the visit due to a family emergency and needed to move the dates of our stay.. We had been scheduled to stay in one of the junior suites and were excited and looking forward to our trip. When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer. Clearly this is a luxury hotel without any soul, pride or sense of retaining it’s reputation.. This is the poorest treatment we have had...

“Restaurante-hotel viejo, con moqueta vieja que necesita cambiarse, habitacion pequeña, con un aseo donde una persona grande o gruesa no puede casi utilizarlo por diminuto. Malos olores en ocasiones y buffet caro para lo que ponen, siempre lo mismo, poca variedad y con hormigas. El personal si fue amable.”

“Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero está limpio y el servicio es agradable. Por el precio es una gran opción, sobre todo porque tiene estacionamiento y el check in puede hacerse las 24hrs ya que todo alrededor a partir de las 7pm está cerrado y sin gente. ”

“Es un lugar hermoso con unos jardines increíbles Lo único es que reservé 2 habitaciones superior y solo una valía la pena , la segunda era muy básica Staff muy amable ”
