Bathroom was lovely though and bed was comfy Breakfast was OK as was evening meal although once again nothing special. Obviously the setting by the river was glorious”

“It is a wonderful historic building with golf course in beautiful grounds. The hotel's defining feature is the pool, spa and gym facilities, which are well maintained and of very high standard. If this does not interest you, don't stay here. It seems like the primary business focus of the hotel is to host weddings and large celebratory events. This side of the business is excellent and the facilities are well maintained and in good order, so if you are a wedding guest, or hosting a work party,...
