The room was clean and nice enough decor, however the bed was very uncomfortable, my son's sofa bed was nicer to sleep on. The water temperature was also bizarrely scalding, and the breakfast left a little to be desired, not stocked and missing fresh fruits. Staff were lovely and the rooftop bar is a nice touch. Hairdryer wasn't great, probably wouldn't stay again in a rush but given the price it was acceptable.

Modern property, clean, and extremely convenient for access to Central Canterbury. Staff were particularly helpful and professional, 24 hour bar with some food. Excellent breakfast. Parking is located a 5 minute walk away as the hotel is a pedestrian area. Good local restaurants and tea shops are a short walk.

The room is clean and fresh. The staff are very welcoming. The breakfast has a good variety of choices. Apart from the ordinary British breakfast, there are pastries and a waffle machine too! I will definitely choose this hotel next time when I visit Canterbury.
