The hotel was safe, quiet place. With a good view and cozy room. Only missing thing was a convertor for charger which was used and never returned from previous customers. However the staff helped me by telling where to buy.

Lovely hotel in a great central location. Easy walking distance from the station and cathedral. All hotel staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Would thoroughly recommend.

Clean and tidy hotel and the lady behind the bar on the Saturday night was great. Breakfast was really nice and the room was ok. Shower could do with an upgrade to maybe a lager shower head but it was fine. As its city centre it was quite noisy at the front especially as the hotel is surrounded by noisy bars that are open till late. Lucky for us we were in one of the bars until 1:30 so not to bad but this could be an issue for others.

The hotel was clean and tidy.The staff were very friendly and professional. The food available was very good including breakfast.Only dislikes were the operation of the lift was not clearly marked where to put your room key.The shaver point was not easy to find and awkward to insert.The interconnecting door we had in our room was very inhibiting.,if you don't know the people next door.You could see the light from the adjoining room shining through.Also the amorous couple next door kept us awake with their shenanigans and they were not quiet.(if you know what i mean).We're not prudish but found it annoying being kept awake.We did complain to reception when we left.You should be told when booking rooms that there are interconnecting doors to certain rooms and not put strangers next to one another.
