The accommodation was lovely and even accommodated for our family of 5 and situated in a great location for walking or water fun on the river as well as being not to far from the coast. the people that run this property was lovely friendly and very helpful. We stayed on a Tuesday when the pub and restaurant was closed so can't comment on the evening meals but the breakfast was lovely and plenty of choices would definitely come back.

Hotel was in a lovely setting right on the river.It did have bad reviews but dont take any notice of them .The room was spotless and well equipped and overlooked the river .We had dinner there and food was good the only slight issue is the menu which should have a few more normal dishes but apart from that it was good as was the breakfast served looking out at the river.Parking was no problem loads of room.We will be going back later this year.

This is definitely a hotel where you will find peace and tranquility. The balcony experience was amazing. The location is excellent, in a very quiet area. Perhaps the only drawback is the lack of a refrigerator in the room, but the fact that it's a pub could be a reasonable justification.

The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend

A property with warmth and character. Beautiful room, bathroom was pleasant but could do with a little attention as felt well used however all was in working order. Check-in was smooth. Jon was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. Breakfast was fine and enjoyed by all. We really enjoyed pur stay. Sadly didnt have time to explore the area but seemed a lovely area too. We would stay again and would recommend the Grove Ferry Inn.

We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . Thanks to all the staff x

Amazing looking building beautiful bedroom with balcony Shane we were not informed about a 21 party being held as it was very loud until gone 1in the morning Breakfast was ok but nothing outstanding Staff were great but ran of there feet Very crowded in the bar either no seats available and it was to noisy to sit out on our balcony wanted a relaxing night away in the country felt like I was at loud club night

The hotel itself was nice, but the experience was terrible. The room was not ready at check in time and we couldn’t find parking. We had to ask for drinks while we waited, was amazed they didn’t think to do this to compensate for the inconvenience. The worst part was the fact that there was a function until 1am and continuing noise afterwards from rowdy guests. Our room was right above this. The most disappointing part was the reaction of the manageress when we raised it along with two other guests the next morning. No apology, just ‘well it was a function’ We would expect some warning in advance so we could make an informed choice as to whether we wish to stay,
