You really should not have a room for rental when there has been a water leak and the room smells bad and is full of humidity. In addition the Air Condition is noisy. I had to check in at another hotel for my second night. This is as bad as it could get. I informed the hotel by mail and sms and never got a reply.

Cold showers and pretty filthy

I wasn’t expecting much for Cannes late notice and for the price. I usually say hot water and a bed is all I need. The shower was freezing, two mornings in a row. As well as the place being pretty filthy, I’m afraid I would not recommend it or stay again.

I wouldn't recommend it...

I had booked two nights, but didn't complete the stay. I arrived 7pm, no outdoor lighting at all, had to use my phone torch to find the stairs & door. No one in the reception office, just a local phone number, phoned that & got a menu system all in French (not easy for non French speakers to check in). I started randomly wandering around & eventually a very nice lady did appear & check me in. The room was freezing cold, the only heater was the fan heater of the aircon unit, even on full power it took many hours before I could take my coat off. I had to wear shoes because the cold tile floors never warmed up. My main issue was the hair & the mould. There was other peoples hair everywhere. On the floors, in the bed, in the towels, in the wardrobe. The bathroom was pretty grim too, lots of mould around the shower tray & in the grout. Towel rail was rusty & falling apart. I tried to find someone to complain to, couldn't get anywhere with the phone system. I just left in the end. I had booked two nights, I left & found another hotel for the second night.

Un Séjour Exceptionnel

Un séjour exceptionnel oû toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour rendre celui-ci des plus agréables. Rue d'Antibes, principale attraction du centre ville n'étant pas loin on peut aussi y faire un tour. Juste derrière les hötels les plus luxueux les boutiques vous attendent.

Es una extraordinaria opción en Cannes. El problema es que nos dieron una habitación, la número 7 en la parte baja y estaba llena de olor a humedad. Solo íbamos de paso por una noche y no nos cambiamos Pero hay que evitar usar esa habitación. Lo demás, perfecto

Mon petit chien et moi-même avons bcp apprécié

Résidence idéalement située dans un quartier calme de Cannes : on peut se rendre sur La Croisette à pied. Un parking et un petit parc permettent de stationner son véhicule et de promener son chien accepté par ailleurs dans l'établissement.Joli studio en rez-de-chaussée un peu exiguë pour 3 adultes mais avec une belle salle de bain.

Bon accueil, cadre très agréable, calme. Notre studio donnait sur une vue avec des arbres, avec en prime un écureuil qui s'amusait. Parking dans la propriété et gratuit (c'était l'élément principal de mon choix). Literie très confortable, SDB OK, propreté OK. Seuls bémols, pas de micro-ondes (j'avoue que je n'avais pas vérifié car il y en a toujours eu dans les appart hôtels où je suis allée), pas de bols, 2 petites tasses et pas d'éponge (je ne l'ai peut-être pas bien cherchée aussi..). Enfin, on entend l'eau s'écouler quand d'autres personnes utilisent leurs toilettes ou douche. Cela reste tout de même une très bonne adresse, nous avons passé une bonne nuit. A 30 min à pied de la croisette.

Personne à l'accueil lors de mon arrivée à 18h30. Je téléphone, et la responsable n'est pas au courant de ma reservation. 20 min apres, quelqu'un s'occupe enfin de moi et me délivre les clés de la chambre (avec upgrade pour le désagrément) Celle ci s'avère tres mal nettoyée... Voulant bien faire on me repropose une chambre, plus grande, plus propre, mais avec un trou au plafond... Clairement, l'établissement n'était pas près a recevoir du public, ou manque cruellement de serieux. La personne à l'accueil, malgré la barriere de la langue (elle ne parle pas français) a été très correct mais ne pouvais pas faire grand chose. Bref, je trouverai un autre etablissement ppur la prochaine fois.

Es una casa con muchas habitaciones, tiene un potencial increíble ya que es muy bonita y tiene un parking gratuito dentro. Pero le falta limpieza, las sábanas y almohadas estaban limpias pero el resto de la habitación estaba sucia y descuidada y con un olor raro. La televisión estaba muy sucia. Deberían pintar y hacer un mantenimiento a todo.
