Very helpful staff. Especially Sebastian. Good breakfast although cooked options a little limited. Good a/c in bedrooms. Great swimming pool in this heat. It was a shame bar etc not available until 6pm. V good evening meals. Salads were excellent.

Staff was helpful and nice, and the hotel was very conveniently located for me at a price that was good value for money. But, WiFi was slow, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat, and one night my room smelled strongly of cigarette which was very unpleasant.

Comfortable hotel

It was very good hotel.The hotel was very clean. The reservation manager was very polite and the lady was very nice and accommodating. The pool was very clean and we had no problems. The breakfast was excellent.

Correct price for a business stay

Correct price/performance ratio, staff is kind and welcoming. Breakfast is very good as there's a nice selection of pastries and bread. The shower head was a bit dodgy and tended to unseat from the support and fall. Bed is comfy enough, overall it's what you expect from a Ibis hotel.

Having stayed in three Ibis hotels this week I was disappointed with this one. The room was small and the bathroom/shower badly needed refurbishing as the bath was too high to easily get in and out of to shower safely. The TV had no English channels accept BBC news, My evening meal consisted of a bowl of lettuce with three pieces of breaded chicken with two halves of tomato and my partner had raw beef with a spoonful of mashed potato. Breakfast was just as dismal as none of the items were replenished when they had been used by other customers as there were no staff members to speak to. Very disappointing and over priced.

The small room was facing the parking and was actually below the parking level. The staff told us that we should have sent an email to secure a better room. It was dark and did not provide any privacy. Additionally, the WIFI kept coming up and down for some reasons.

Being vegan it was an unexpected, unpleasant, surprise to find out that the restaurant was "The Butchery" and further than there were no vegetarian (let alone vegan) options available.

Prima kamers met airco. Zwembad was fijn. Electrisch opladen, maar je betaalt dan ook voor de tijd die je oplaadt. Dus was best duur uiteindelijk. Parkeren was daar prima.
