O quarto era de bom tamanho, a vista era excelente. De certa maneira, superou as nossas expectativas, que eram bem baixas. Chegamos 20h45 e a recepção já estava vazia, mesmo que um aviso dissesse que teria gente até as 21h. Fizemos uma especie de checkin remoto via telefone. A cama de casal na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro coladas, isso era ruim. Nós somos um casal não fumante e o hotel avisava também o ser, mas vimos uma bituca de cigarro na varanda, o que mostra que a limpeza não é boa.

Points positifs : chambre spacieuse, salle de bain rénovée, emplacement central et pratique, stationnement à proximité, accueil sympathique. Points négatifs : bâtiment vieillissant, état médiocre, la porte de la salle de bain ferme mal ou reste bloquée (il a fallu l’ouvrir d’un coup d’épaule), AUCUNE patère dans la salle de bain (dommage alors qu’elle a été refaite), espace de réception glauque, sombre et peu accueillant, salle du petit-déjeuner située hors de l’hôtel dans ce qui ressemble à une ancienne boutique de pompes funèbres qui plus est pas ouverte à l’heure annoncée (nous avons préféré renoncer au petit déjeuner bien que nous l’avons payé).

Super grei og hyggelig hotel betjening.

Fantastisk bra. Mest sentrale hotel i Grasse med bare noen hundre meter til centrum og parfyme husene. Mitt rom 303 var perfekt og jeg vil bo der igjen. Alt var nytt og rent av interiør på rommet, helt nytt bad. Lyse farger og stort rom så jeg slappet virkelig av. Splitter nye og fine gulv. De ansatte på hotellet var svært greie og hjelpsomme med alt og det var bare å ringe om det var noe. Paul i resepsjonen er en super hyggelig og grei mann som forklarte meg alt som behøvdes, så en stor takk til Paul. Bedre hotel finnes ikke om du vil bo sentralt i Grasse for å besøke parfyme museumene og butikkene. Perfekt aircondition på rommet. Også stort kjøleskap på rommet var så bra da jeg kjøpte mange retter ute som måtte oppbevares i kjøleskap. Veldig rimelig pris når jeg tenker på hvor god standard det ar på rommet. Kunne ikke vært mere fornøyd med hotel oppholdet. Korridorene er under opp-pussing. Er så glad jeg valgte Panorama for hadde blitt svært tungvindt å bo en annen plass hvor det ikke var gang avstand til Grasse sentrum.

見晴らしの良い便利なロケーション。二人でベッド2つ予約したらダブルにエクストラベッドが用意されていた。部屋は広く、バルコニーもあり、良かったが、ポットの中にお湯が残っていたり、シャワーのお湯が出なかったり、タオルが汚れていたりした。（使えないほどではないが、見た目いい気持はしない程度）

Fantastisk betjening og sentralt plassert

Fantastisk vennlig og hjelpsom betjening. God frokost i fine lokaler. Fikk rom med utsikt over byen. Rommet var bra og badet nytt. Det foregikk opp pussing i etasjen men ble ikke sjenert av det. Heisen jukset litt men ikke noe problem annet at en måtte trykke flere ganger på knappene. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til. Kunne fire parkeringsplasser ved hotellet. Om vi skal tilbake til Grasse bruker vi gjerne hotellet igjen.

Nella camera il quadro era appoggiato per terra perchè la corda di sostegno era rotta. Capelli neri lunghi nel letto anche se le lenzuola erano pulite. Coperte di lana oramai lise e impolverate. Asciugamani uno era sporco di nn pulito. Dietro il letto fili elettrici non chiusi allo scoperto. Il sapone per la doccia ho dovuto chiederlo perché era finito.veramente un disastro.
