Great staff and location

What makes the difference is the sercive of the employees and the unbeatable location. If you have to go to the Palais des Festival and are looking for an effordavle option, this is the place!

Great friendly service

We booked this very last minute (hours before arrival). The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage the day we left so we could visit the beach and even let us change in another room. Great for a quick one night stay passing through Cannes.

Nice hotel in Cannes that won't break the bank!

great location, half way between beach and train station, 5 mins each way. street has some good bars, not rip off prices by the sea. close to great thai - Chai Dee, just be sure to book a table as busy spot and if i hadn't, 10 days out, we would have had an his wait at 8pm. Hotel staff very friendly, from early enquiries by email answered promptly to on the day on arrival very hospitable. On departure again friendly, wished us all the best etc. Hotel clean, quiet and one you get the knack of the air con remote is a great place for a short stay like ours was.

I booked this hotel for my colleagues who were attending an event. Everyone was disappointed (and that's an understatement) with the hotel, and some of them changed hotels before the end of their stay as they couldn't bear staying in their room anymore. The general state of the rooms was really poor; one of my colleagues got bitten by some sort of insect and had to go to the doctor, and another one saw a cockroach; one of them had barely a window in their room.
