Overall, it’s a great hotel in a convenient location. However, parking was difficult as the property doesn’t have its own, and no VIP benefits or upgrades were offered. The small elevator was sometimes inconvenient, especially at checkout, but the hotel itself is comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff was exceptional however I felt like the property was not as advertised. The spa room was 1000 degrees so you couldn’t even sit by the indoor pool. Outside seating area was very small. There was no where to relax inside the hotel. All things that are totally fine, just not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I do have to say the staff were amazing and this is nothing about the staff itself

Great hotel!!!

I love this hotel!!! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing location!!! The only suggestion is that guests should be able to use the outdoor pool for free.

Great value and great staff service

Front desk were excellent. Quick, professional and helpful. Lots of nice touches like free umbrellas which we needed. Good value for money and the rooms were a comfortable size.

Hotel is very well located, close to all the stores and to the beach. Room was clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great. Only advice, book your space at the pool, or for the hotel parking ahead, as they fill up fast. We couldn’t benefit of either during our stay unfortunately as we didn’t know we had to reserve before arriving.

Great hotel

Nice hotel right in the center. Comfortable beds, good and quiet AC. Good quality of the breakfast, nice table setting. Good service with many in the workforce, all very happy and pleasant. The gym, however, substandard (can be improved considerably with small means such as dumbbells, rubber bands, etc.)

Good: Staff were very helpful, location if great just 2 mins from the Croisette, everything clean and high quality. Breakfast was really great! Bad: Rooms on 2nd floor are quite noisy at night with the main road close by. Also lots of noise from room above with people going out / coming back from a night out.

The hotel was nice but not great given the price of the room. Checkin was a bit infuriating given the lateness of staff having rooms prepared. The spa was very relaxing though and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to major landmarks and tourist locations though. So it was very convenient location wise.

Room was comfortable with nice bay windows that opened and had a view of the mountains. Helpful staff. The only negative was the bathroom sink - it was very long and flat almost like a changing table. No place to put toiletries so actually placed them IN the sink on the sides. Also faucet was only about 3 inches above the sink so barely room to wash your hands and impossible to put water in any container. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Scam alert!

Don't really have an outdoor pool, so big disappointment for kids. Did not really have parking either. Close by public garage not suitable for larger cars; forget about SUV parking. The hotel reminds me of a tired school cafeteria and wardrobes built in the 70's. Ok location for short stay with only adults that don't care about hotel quality.
