A friendly welcome and an excellent stay

We had a lovely stay in this hotel - the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. We had an excellent view of the Bastille Day fireworks from the comfort of our balcony! Elliot and Cyrille were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning staff were lovely too. I had to see a doctor during my stay and Elliot recommended an excellent medical centre in Antibes. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Antibes but is in a quieter location, with good parking. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful holiday!

The hotel was beautifully presented and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a small number of parking spaces, which as it was winter I was able to use. It is located outside the centre and so waling into Antibes was not possible during my visit due to the weather.

Lovely!

Amazing! Front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and helped with a taxi for an early morning flight. Breakfast was small but excellent for the small fee to add on. Rooms were exceptional - larger than typical European hotels and extremely clean with lovely decorations and complimentary water. I was there during the off season but even the noise levels were negligible. Highly enjoyed my stay and am definitely staying here again.

I requested ocean view, but didn't realize that the street below is very busy/noisy. Otherwise, staff very friendly and helpful (esp. Adrian) and breakfast and coffee were delicious and wide array of options.

This property is extremely basic. We chose it for free on site parking since we had a car. However, that is about all it has. It is not walkable to any nearby attractions. The room was not well cleaned. We moved furniture around & there were empty water bottles & used masks underneath the chaise lounge & bed. I asked housekeeping to return later because I was feeling unwell & they said they had to go & just handed me some towels with a bad attitude. I would not choose this hotel again.

I was there for two nights. On the first night we lost power. My BiPAP breathing apparatus stopped working. The elevator stopped working meaning with my cane I had to go up and down three flights of stairs. In the morning, still no power, I showered using a flashlight I brought. The power came back on for enough time to get a third of a cup of coffee of the breakfast I prepaid for. When I got back to the hotel Friday afternoon power had been restored, but here was no compensation for all of the loss of sleep (as my BiPAP remained inoperable, no breakfast and a truly awful two nights. Nothing. I am going to petition Expedia for a full refund.
