Enjoyed our stay at BW Journel. Staff was friendly, the modern room was clean and comfortable, location central to both the city center and Juan les pins - about a 15 minute walk to either. I'd stay here again.

This was a great and convenient hotel. It was really easy for us to get to the restaurants, shopping areas, and the beach. The staff was also really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and did not receive any room service during our stay. However, on the day of our departure, we were unexpectedly charged 100 Euros without prior authorization. When we reached out to Best Western relations, we were told the charge was due to the room being left in poor condition. In reality, there was only some minor trash left behind, and it seems they expected us to clean the room ourselves, which is unreasonable for a hotel stay. It was very hard to communicate with staff due to poor English except one guy in the morning. Don't ever go to this hotel

Everything is fine - the car park is located in a very small lane without an indication to the hotel customers, it would be great if a clearer indication to be provided.

Great stay outside the city center

We only stayed for one night, but all was great. Rooms are not huge, but clean and modern. Beds are comfy. Location is good, walkable distance from the center.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff let me check in early and provided umbrellas for the days it rained. Room was tidy and cleaning was good. The only complaint was that there was loud music at night and noise isolation isn’t that great. But this is a minor issue. Would definitely recommend staying here

Nice hotel in Antibes!

Nice, refurbished/modern rooms. Comfortable bed and shower with good amenities. 15 min walk to Antibes and all restos or 15 min walk to St Juan les Pins - loved the location. Breakfast below average, but fresh. Roof top bar had limited opening hours.

Super lovely reception - Mr.Simon. Thank you o much for great invitation in the hotel. amazing big room with great view from terrace. Everything was clean. Nearby to the sand beach - around 10 Minutes walk. Grate rooftop terrace with bar and restaurant. Only 25 minutes by car or train to the airport.

Insgesamt war ich zufrieden. Großer Vorteil war die Tiefgarage, in der Umgebung ist es unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Altstadt ist fussläufig in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen.
