We stayed here at the end of May/beginning of June. The communication with the property manager was excellent (all via text). They helped us with some changes and were always around to help out as needed. Room was very clean, view of mountains fantastic. Having two balconies was a nice added bonus. Overall the building was pretty quiet. Another nice bonus was having bear spray provided in the room. Full kitchen to use as needed and stocked with the necessary equipment and basic supplies. Unfortunately the elevator was under construction during our stay so it meant using the stairs the whole time. Not a big deal, but just a minor nuisance. This was out of the property managers control. Under ground parking was a breeze. Would highly recommend staying here. Easy to get to and its not too far out from most of Canmore. It's not in the main core of Canmore, so it's not as walkable. But it's still close enough if you are willing to walk a bit farther. We attempted to go to the pool area but it was full of kids. Kind of a bust if you're looking to relax after a day of hiking. Pretty standard thing for a non-adults only place. We will definitely be coming back.

Unit has some wear. Multiple lightbulbs burnt out especially in the bathroom which is rather annoying as it would of been such a simple fix prior to our arrival. Elevator was closed for repair and we were not informed of this until the day of check in and the message said it had started a few days before our arrival.

The property was functional and fine for my intended use of escaping the city for a few days. I felt like it could be just a bit cleaner though imo (especially the elevator/hallways). The owner actually opened the door and came in 1 day. He said he thought the unit was empty. Communication problem between owner and mgmt company maybe? Anyway, he sent a nice bottle of red wine up for the mixup and that was nice.
