Very clean room. Easy and timely communication by the host. Great location. Enough place for an entire family of 5 to comfortably stay. Stunning views from the balcony. Everything that a traveling family would need is stocked up thoughtfully in the kitchen. Price could be a little better, but compared to the others in the same range, this far beyond expectations, especially considering the time of year. Overall, fantastic place!!

Perfect stay at Goldenridge resort. Very confortable and clean for our family of 5. Had a little confusion to know the code to access the spa on the roof but was so nice to enjoy it when we were there! So beautiful view on the mountain! Easy access to the highway too. And the body wash and shampoo smell so good! What is it? I would buy some for home. Thank you so much!

This property was very well kept and clean and the bed were very comfortable. I do wish there were some board games or playing cards available as well as facial tissues, which are usually on hand. Some light bulbs were burnt out and the left side of the stove top didn’t work.

For what our trip entailed the place was perfect. We had bikes so going into town was easy and no need to find car parking. I would only make 2 suggestions: the tub is pretty deep, nice for a soak but getting in and out of posed difficulty so a grab bar would be ideal and/or the tub is slick a few anti-slip or mat for the tub would also be great. I’m not old either but found myself taking more caution than usual. But the place is lovely and we enjoyed it to the fullest.

The room had a nice kitchen and 1.5 baths with washer and dryer in the half bath. Was very convenient having the half bath. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable although the room barely accomodated the king bed. There was very little room to walk around the bed and the door barely clears it when opening. I do prefer a king size bed. I slipped in the shower and my head bumped the wall and my left foot slid into the drain. My left hand also hit the wall and made a small cut. I am not concerned with my tiny injury but the matt found under the sink should be out where it can be seen or draped over the curtain rod in my opinion. I did not know there was a matt at first. The inner shower curtain appeared old and somewhat stained on the bottom also. I am overall satisfied with the room.

This facilities at this accommodation were excellent and the rooms were even better than what the photos depict. Everything felt very new, spacious and comfortable. Having two (!) toilets in a one bedroom apartment as well as a full kitchen, washer and dryer and giant bed was such a luxury after a week camping. The value at this lodge was fantastic, especially compared to other accommodation in Banff and Canmore for a similar price. I would say the only thing that let down the experience was the Expedia platform itself - difficult to navigate especially because the lodge is unmanned and check in/check out is all done virtually - no fault of the actual lodge itself.
