Wonderful stay. The only small improvement would be to have better blackout blinds, as the light from outside shone in our window all night long. I’m giving this hotel 3 stars. While the staff was good and friendly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is perfectly fine, but our room and furniture were covered with dog hair. I expected the room to be properly cleaned before our arrival, regardless of the pet-friendly policy. Another downside is the location. The hotel is very close to a railway line, and the noise from passing trains can be quite disruptive, especially at night. Overall, the staff was pleasant, but better cleaning standards and more transparency about the train noise would greatly improve the guest experience.

Beautiful views waking up from Basecamp Resorts every day. Very central in Canmore (which I think is nicer than Banff in so many ways). Suites were spacious and clean. The front desk is available 24/7 via text which is super convinent. There is also a hot tub that oversees the mountains which is a great amentity. Would have been nice if they provided mini/single use cooking oil for cooking
