Mau hotel para esquiadores

Paguei por 2 quartos triplos iguais. Éramos 2 casais e um dos quartos era um duplo com cama de criança com metade do tamanho do quarto triplo dado ao outro casal. O hotel obriga a transfers de e para o ski. Apenas têm uma carrinha de 8 lugares para o fazer. Na hora de ponta, não havendo um local específico de espera para a recolha, a confusão era tremenda e stressante. Não faz qualquer sentido. O acesso ao SPA é pago e o bar de serviço à noite tem apenas uma empregada, eficaz mas nada simpática. O hotel está cheio de gatos e o cheiro a urina nas proximidades durante a noite e de manhã é insuportável. Eles alimentam os gatos...

Pas à la hauteur

Pas digne d'un 4*; parties communes pas très propres; la salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyée en 4 jours; la connexion Wi-Fi est... aléatoire ! Hôtel très bruyant. Il faut laisser sonner 2 mn pour avoir une réponse téléphonique puis se faire raccrocher au nez sans même une formule de politesse. Quand le chauffeur de la navette fait une pause (imprévue), il reste l'autostop: pas commode avec les équipements de ski, même pour 2 km. Ah ça, l'hospitalité andorrane n'est plus ce que c'était. En synthèse, très déçus. Heureusement, il y avait de la neige et du soleil sur le domaine skiable.

THIS IS NOT A SKI IN SKI HOTEL.

The hotel is good if you have a car. if not you have to get bus to gondola on morning and back no later than 6. i can imagine would be a nightmare in school holidays. I told hotels.com this and they told me they had changed advert so that is not advertised as ski in ski out. just checked and still hasnt been done. plenty of hot water and food was ok. Thank god for the irish bar in the hotel which saved our evenings as with out car you are stranded unless you want to pay for expensive taxi or thumb a ride which we did quite easily.

Todas las indicaciones para la localización del hotel son Hotel Magic. Parece que solo se ha cambiado el nombre en la web. Sería de gran utilidad añadir una mención en la web de hoteles.com con el nombre antiguo del hotel. Nos habríamos ahorrado más de media hora de búsqueda y de preguntar por los alrededores (!!)

HOTEL PESIMO, para no volver.

Wifi no funciona, televisor no funciona, sin agua caliente, spa agua fría, calor en las habitaciones, trato del director soberbio y sin voluntad de solucionar los problemas. La comida de poca calidad. Este hotel no está a la altura de un cuatro estrellas. El hotel no se llama AJ HOTEL &SPA, se llama MAGIC por lo que nos costó mucho encontrarlo.

Hotel a las afueras a 5 min del centro de Canillo

Hotel justito de 4 * con un poco de falta de mantenimiento. Lo peor fue encontrarnos sorpresas negativas al llegar y que próximos huespedes tendrían que tener en cuenta ( la piscina no pueden acceder niños menores de 6 años (nosotros lo cogimos para ir con nuestro hijo de 5 años que ya sabe nadar, y no nos dejaron poniendo con una excusa de forma poco amable y muy rara sobre cobertura seguro "aunque nos hicimos responsabes nosotros", y nos dijeron que salía publicitado claramente y no es verdad); y cogimos media pensión pensado que las bebidas estaban incluidas (agua) y nos la cobraron aparte. Además nuestra habitación le faltaba un poco más de limpieza.

Bra hotell som erbjuder en trevlig service för ett rimligt pris. Personalen är väldigt serviceminded och killen som kör transferbussen mellan hotellet och kabinliften är alltid glad och oerhört hjälpsam. Det är lugnt och städat på hotellet. Mestadels av gästerna är från Spanien. Personalens engelska kunskaper varierar men det finns alltid någon som behärskar engelskan i receptionen/restaurangen. Hotellet är beläget ca 2 km upp i berget från centrala Canillo. Transferbussen går från 08:30-13:00 och 14:30-17:45 före eller efter dessa tider får man själv ombesörja transporten till hotellet. Kabinliften stänger 17:00. Är det storm kan anslutningsliften (efter kabinliften) vidare till resten av Grandvaliras syterbyar vara nerstäng, vilket innebär att du behöver ta lokalbussen till El Tarter för att accessa resten av systemet. Grandvaliras skidsystem med många backar både för barn och familj gör detta resmål till en intressant destination. Skidområdet är omfattande och bör hålla alla nivåer av åkare tillfrdställda. El Tarters skidpark inbjuder till spännande åk. Det är kul att betrakta olika skidåkares hopp och konster från sittliften på väg uppåt i liftsystemet.

Très content de l'accueil et de l'hotel en général. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner très copieux mais pas vite achalandé si on arrive après tout le monde. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais et a refaire si besoin
