This hotel is incredible and I don’t say that lightly I have travelled all over the world and it’s honestly flawless. I had messed up the dates and they took care of it seamlessly. A special mention for Didik and Willy who were outstanding alongside all the other staff. This property is run so efficiently and the staff are extremely well trained. If you need a co work space it’s ideal also and close to all shops and most importantly the beach. Top marks for Zin they cannot do enough for the guests. I can’t wait to return again one day!

Zin was by far my fav hotel experience in canggu. A wonderful place for solo travelers or digital nomads. They have a gym (basic equip), spin classes (for a fee), great WiFi, cool indoor and outdoor work cafe section open till late. The breakfast options were vast and phenomenal. The room was beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful. Very responsive to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel was absolutely stunning! The hotel truly wowed me from the grounds to the room to the little details that made such a huge difference. The serenity was unreal despite being conveniently located by the beach and shops. I will not stay anywhere else when coming to Canggu. Thank you to the staff for making my time in Bali truly one to remember!

We had a great stay at Zin Canggu. The location was perfect for our surfing goals. The waves are great for beginners/intermediate. The hotel is basically an all-in-one building with a great Cafe, work space and gym all on property. We loved the breakfast options, and the nice perks that they offered. Room’s were clean, beds were comfy, would stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay. The staff are all amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. They made my stay perfect. Great gym, 4 beautiful pools, rooftop sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge with spectacular views. The food is delicious with plenty of options for the health conscious. Wonderful spa - massage & facial were so relaxing. The new rooftop restaurant ‘Heven & Sin’ serves many culinary delights based on local ingredients, with a stunning view of the ocean. The room was clean and well appointed,, everything you need including quality shower products. Comfortable bed. So many different areas of the hotel to spend time I. Without feeling crowded. I can’t fault this hotel and I’m hoping to be back soon.

We stayed for a week and had a pool access room. Definitely choose heaven for breakfast if you have free breakfast way better staff and service and food . The staff at zin cafe aren’t great and need way more training at customer service. the free cocktail are only at 8-9pm. It’s false advertising there at 7-8pm on Expedia which isn’t true. We had our sheets changed once on the 6th night which wasn’t good. Canggu is very remote and is some thing to consider if you wanna do day tours as you have to book a grab to the pick up location set by the tour company.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The highlight for us was the staff and the meals - absolutely exceptional in every sense. The staff were so accommodating for our group. We had elderly parents with us and unfortunately the music from the beach clubs nearby were super loud and jarring throughout the night. The staff managed to shift our rooms to a quieter area which made all the difference. Also superb meals from the restaurant - being vegetarian/vegan - the options were plentiful and the chefs were always accommodating. Highly recommend.
