Sent a n email to the hotel with no response. A a top line of issues as a list in order to keep this concise
- check in was weird as front desk person was in the back on their phone
- no water access for 2-3 hours TWICE during the stay. Both times affected schedules and well being during the trip. Took a video of second occurrence
- A rat in the tub which was living in the drain, making it unsuitable to use(one of the reasons I booked this room)
- the a/c dripping during the first night. Fixed on second night (thank you) but again was the first of many issues
- non airtight room- for the price paid I assumed the room would be better maintained. It did not look like how it does in the pictures. Further pictures attached of the worn down curtains with many holes as well as dirty walls.
- property was worn down and many facilities broken/out of use. Like the bar and kitchens.
- lastly internet was unusable for the entire stay. Staff said it was an area issue but in order to do my work I had to go to a coworking space at a different business.
Would unfortunately not book again
