Good central location, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, massage and some shops. Plenty of cafes close by for breakfast with good variety with better option than the in house restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is it can be slightly loud at times at night being in Canggu and some construction happening next door but only a small issue.

All the staffs very professional, service very good. Room is very big, very clean and not expensive. I really love this hotel and i will recommend anymore will stay in canggu. The duty manager in front desk gave us the dinner recommendation which is the restaurant also very nice.

Incredible getaway

Truly loved this place. The interior was beautifully done and w felt rented to another place that felt like a modern Japan. So many small details well thought out. Great restaurants on the first floor. Excellent steakhouse and the nachos at the Mexican place are great. Really loved it!

I love everything about The Komu. I have stayed here multiple times now and I refer to this as my home away from home. The staff are so stunningly kind and accommodating. The property is modern and minimalistic with beautiful natural materials and textures throughout the apartment, which appeals to my style. I cannot rate The Komu high enough. The room was beautiful, along with the patio and private plunge pool. Although you can hear the occupants of the neighboring rooms, there is sufficient foliage that offers viewing privacy from the other rooms. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

New hotel with clean and spacious room. Enjoyed the stay. The only small little thing to note is the bathroom is a step lifted, meaning you'll have to step up to the room - shouldn't be a major issue for most but for people. Just that all of us need to be extra careful stepping in and out of the bathroom - but this doesn't deter me from re-booking this place.

Lovely hotel but absolutely lacking privacy

My stay here was pretty good but marred by the workman next door constantly lurking at me in my private lounge pool. It was creepy and I had to stop using it. They were also looking into my room. Plunge pool gets no sun at all if that’s what you are considering booking. Staff should consider guests when allocating rooms considering that there is no privacy from the perves next door for pool use. Also rooftop pool is tiny and lacks shelter

Beautiful hotel and staff, area is noisy though. First night we had the thumping music from the adjacent nightclub, second night we moved rooms but had constant banging noises from somewhere upstairs, followed by building works next door which started at 7:30am Sunday morning! The other minor issue was that hotel seems to be devoid of irons and ironing boards! Location was great, plenty of top eating spots nearby.

Good location on the main strip of Berawa. Walking distance to cafes, bars, the beach. The roads are pedestrian friendly. Excellent service by the hotel staff. All the important amenities were provided, it would have been nice if they included body moisturiser in the room as well. The room was very spacious. Pool in the room was nice. Eventhough there was a club next door, it was very quiet at night.

Loved our stay but had a few low points. The room we stayed in was very close to the road and it was very noisy every morning with the traffic, could not sleep in. It was also especially noisy on Friday night. Service was good but a little too transactional.

The Komi management surprised me by upgrading my room to a plunge pool studio suite!! It was huge! Even has an induction stove! Bed was comfy but I guess I still like watching free to watch tv channels rather than YouTube and Netflix. A concern for this suite is the toilet and shower as it’s raised platform, it may challenging for older folks, young children and even for adults who had to wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet or even after a shower. The staff is really friendly and amazing. Ambience is great. The room is beautiful, spacious and had great amenities - toiletries, water, coffee, hairdryer, robes which I did really appreciate. The room itself could have been cleaned better. Found a set of false eyelashes by the bathtub and it was still very dusty under the bed. There were also a lot of ants that kept migrating into my belongings despite me not having food in the room. Also, there is construction nearby so be prepared for that noise. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location were you have access to many restaurants and stores.
