Great if you’re looking to save money in Canggu. Big rooms, clean bed to sleep in. AC worked great. Bathroom very old and odd, but you get what you pay for. Perfect for just what we needed, cheap, safe place for a few nights to sleep at in Canggu.

Not recommended

Stayed here for 2 days. Room was dirty, bathroom had a strange odor, roof in bathroom was covered in what looked like black mold. On my last day there was a cockroach and a centipede in the bathroom. TV did not work. I'll give it 2 stars because location was great, pool area was nice and the wifi had good speed. Would not stay here again.

I stayed on the 2nd floor after inspecting the lower level rooms and can confirm that the bathrooms are nicer and smell better than the downstairs apartments. I very much enjoyed my stay here. Quiet location despite being basically across the road from Atlas beach club! Walking distance to beach (4 minutes), shops and eateries. Comfortable beds/bedding. Ok bathroom considering its old. Had a TV, fridge, aircon. Didnt use the pool as i had a finns recreaction club membership but it was always covered with a film of dust/debri and it didnt look like their was a filter. Nice grounds. Staff were also nice and not imposing. Would definitely stay again.

A quiet and lovely stay here at Putu Guest house 2 The people are on hand and very helpful. Beds are comfortable and the air con very quiet and efficient, Swimming pool is clean and there are comfortable sun deckchairs. [unlike other accomadation/ resort we have stayed at at 4 times the price!!].

FORCED TO SLEEP ROUGH! I had been delayed and arrived late evening on the 13th September, ldesperate to just relax. I soon discovered that there was literally no cables connecting the television or the 1990's Set Top Box and DVD player to anything, dispite listing Premium TV channels and Satellite TV. After making my disappointment and frustration apparent to the security guard who had just checked me in for my 4 day stay (dispite the fact he didn't speak English) Three uninvited, unannounced and unwelcome men entered my private room in order to physically intimidate me to leave. After their attempt failed and I had explained my rights and my intention to stay to them, they then threatened to have me arrested, (which is quite easily done with a 2 million Rupiah payment to local police to manufacture any charge they like) and no doubt use my fee to do so. All three would not leave my room (at my repeated request) and forced me to re-pack my belongings under duress then leave my booked, confirmed and fully paid hotel room, now after midnight, with no other accommodation available in the area. One then followed me for about a kilometre away from their property, in another attempt to intimidate me. This situation could have turned bad for me fast. and could be a very unsafe place for an inexperienced, unprepared traveler unable or unwilling to stand their ground. STAY FAR AWAY! and FREE TIMOR!

一人で2泊税込みで5600円の安めの宿でした。 エアコン、冷蔵庫は問題なく稼働。 シャワーはお湯は出ますが、そんなにきれいではなかったです。 部屋の明かりが天井中央にLED電球がひとつだけなので、明るさは不満かも。 まあ、一人で安宿なので及第点です。

Fijne plek, rustig gelegen vlakbij eet en winkel gelegenheden. Vlakbij strand. Lekker zwembad. Ruime kamer met hele grote 2 pers. bedden. Sanitair is minder. Wel fijn een koelkast op de kamer maar die maakt wel veel geluid als die inslaat.

De kamer was prima. De bedden enorm groot en sliepen heel goed. Alleen de badkamer stonk naar plas. We hebben eerst maar een fles chloor gehaald om deze over de vloer te gooien. Daarna was het weg. Er is ook een keuken naast het zwembad, maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. Verder zag het er prima uit, ook het zwembad en de rest van de accommodatie. De lokatie is midden in de drukte, van diverse horeca en winkeltjes, maar doordat het tussen andere huizen ligt en via kruip-door-sluip-door steegjes bereikbaar is, is het heerlijk rustig. Heel dichtbij het strand ook. Een welkome plek in de drukte van Bali!

Putu Guesthouse 2, Bali

Paikka oli hiljaisen kadun päässä. Muuten alue hyvin ruuhkainen ja täynnä autoja ja skoottereita ja siksi vaikea kävellä. Lähellä meren rantaa kuitenkin ja runsaasti ravintoloita lähistöllä. Huone kohtalaisen iso ja jääkaappi hyvä. Vedenkeitin olisi ollut erinomainen lisä! Huoneessa viemärin hajua. Suihku hyvä ja lämmintä vettä. Vesi levisi pitkin vessan lattiaa. Ei ollut mitään suihkusuojaa. Bidesuihkun vesi haisi. Keittiö oli käytettävissä, mutta emme käyttäneet ollenkaan. Juomavettä sai täyttää suuresta vesisäiliöstä. Uima-allas hyvä. Sopi muuten hyvin neljän viikon asumiseen, mutta siivousta piti aina pyytää erikseen, samoin wc- paperi oli aina haettava sen loputtua. Vuodevaatteita ja pyyhkeitä vaihdettiin vain kolme kertaa koko jakson aikana. Sekin vasta pyydettäessä. Emme vaadi siivousta päivittäin, mutta jonkunlainen säännöllisyys pitäisi olla ja kertoa asiakkaalle saavuttaessa siitä, esim 2x vk. Kun pyysimme sairastelun jälkeen vaihtamaan lakanat, meille kerrottiin, että lähtijöitä on niin paljon ettei niitä riitä. Kuitenkin meidän jaksomme aikana oli välillä hyvin vähän muita asukkaita. Silloin olisi ollut hyvä siivota meidän huoneemme. Tämä oli huonoin asia hotellissa. Kyllä he olivat ystävällisiä, mutta palveluja ei saanut. Tilasimme taksin hakemaan kentältä, mutta sitäkään emme löytäneet. Sen jälkeen yhteyshenkilö ei enää vastannut meidän kyselyihimme.
