Was first given a room on the first floor where there was continuous noise throughout the night - metallic door, clubs, temple, neighbor hotel rooms… making it impossible to sleep even with the earplugs on. The staff then kindly changed our room for the rest of the stay and while it was significantly calmer at night the bedsheets were dirty. When we noticed the hotel was no longer staffed and there was nothing that could be do until the next day. In general the room could be better cleaned. Hot water in the shower also took 5 min to arrive. Overall, would not recommend. For us the only positive note was the staff which was responsive via whatsapp and helped out with the various issues.
