We live in Singapore and visit Bali every year for the last 20 years. This is one hotel I will keep coming back. Couple of things that really stood out for me: - Service: Absolutely the best. Staff strikes just the right balance between attending to all your needs but without showering you with unnecessary attention. - Food: I am skeptical of hotel foods in general, find them quite bland. Como changed my whole notion. Food here is exceptionally good. Como Shambala menu options are healthy and outstanding. - Como Shambala Spa and the fitness area, yoga/pilates classess are the best. Exactly what one needs from a getaway in Bali. I am especially thankful for the spa staff that took great care of me when I became unwell.

The property itself is stunning—clean, peaceful, and designed with a calming luxury that fits perfectly with the Balinese atmosphere. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed to feel at home. Waking up to the sound of the waves and starting my day with their nourishing breakfast felt like a dream. What stood out the most was how effortless everything felt. COMO Uma Canggu made this the most stress-free vacation I’ve ever had.
