Hotel está sem manutenção, janelas com falta de pintura e sujas, porta de banheiro com lascados, luminárias de parede caindo, TV não acessa internet . Wi-fi fraco. Café da manhã sortido mas caiu muito a qualidade em relação ao antigo hotel continental. Falta de receptivos para malas. Assim como carrinhos para malas.

A equipe do hotel é bastante cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar, o que fez diferença na experiência. No entanto, a estrutura precisa de alguns cuidados, especialmente nos banheiros dos quartos (eu particularmente também achei que a limpeza deixou a desejar neste ambiente) e na brinquedoteca, que aparentam falta de manutenção. O café da manhã, embora gostoso, repete o mesmo cardápio todos os dias, o que pode enjoar em estadias mais longas. Para quem viaja com crianças, vale mencionar que o som na brinquedoteca é alto e as músicas tocadas não são apropriadas para o público infantil, além de estar sempre muito bagunçada. As fotos não condizem com a estrutura da brinquedoteca.

O hotel é bem aconchegante e tem a piscina aquecida como um diferencial. O final de semana chuvoso não permitiu explorar a linda área externa.
