Chegamos ao hotel e forneceram o quarto 215 pra nossa família. O quarto encontrava-se com a pia do banheiro solta, bem como o interfone e tv com maus funcionamentos. Solicitamos a troca do quarto e, além de passarem a gente pro andar de baixo (térreo), o quarto 109 oferecia uma estrutura ainda pior com: vazamento no box do banheiro, que o deixava todo molhado sempre que tomávamos banho, além da saboneteira quebrada que, mesmo solicitando reparos, só o fizeram depois de 3 dias consecutivos de reclamação. Acrescento também a ausência de maleiro na comodidade, que depois de 2 dias consecutivos de reclamação, providenciaram. Não recomendo! Decepcionado com o serviço oferecido!
