O atendimento foi impecável, em cada detalhe. A limpeza das acomodações e de todos os ambientes comuns tornam a experiência muio agradável e confiável. As acomodações são confortaveis e bem cuidadas. A equipe é super atenciosa e simpatica, o café da manhã é incrível, a localização é ótima, o quarto é ok. Apenas alguns pontos de observação: no hoteis.com o check-in está às 14h00, porém fomos informados que a regra do hotel é às 15h00 (não tivemos problemas com relação à isso, pois nos deixaram entrar às 14h00, mas precisam ajustar essa informação). Há taxa de estacionamento, sendo R$ 25 a diária e uma taxa de serviço extra a ser pago no check-out.
