The hotel is amazing, clean and safe place. The breakfast is wonderful, the best you can found in the town!!! A bit annoying the room because other guests in superior levels had not empathy to the others.

This is a perfect hotel to stay in canela 250metres from the fabulous cathedral. Very central for other amenities. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and the food is good. Price wise its great value. I strongly recommend it. Derek Garland

I was urged to book a room for my stay since I had a problem with another hotel. I booked here and everything was as easiest as possible. Staff left me a personalized note which was a very warm and very nice gesture. Breakfast was very good, staff is very helpful despite that they not speak English at all, neither any other language than Portuguese, nevertheless, always willing to help. Gym is not good at all, but you don’t really go to vacation to workout hahaha… it would’ve been better that they advice you that the parking has an extra charge

O café da manhã é bastante variado e os pratos a la carte são muito bem feitos, mas chama a atenção a dinâmica do café, que tem que ser necessariamente servido na mesa, tirando um pouco da sua liberdade de se servir de café. Além disso, não possui espresso, apenas coado. A academia do hotel é quase inexistente de tão pequena, comportando apenas uma pessoa, e a esteira está precisando urgente de manutenção, já que fica travando, o que é até arriscado. Fora isso, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados e a cama e travesseiros são bons.

Me hospedei recentemente no hotel e tive uma experiência com pontos bastante positivos, mas também alguns aspectos que precisam de atenção. O grande destaque vai para a equipe, que foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã também merece elogios — muito bem servido, variado e com ótima qualidade. Além disso, a decoração do hotel é bonita e traz um ambiente agradável. Por outro lado, a estrutura do hotel precisa de manutenção. Notei alguns detalhes que impactam a experiência, como o jogo de cama desfiado, toalhas já bastante desgastadas, falhas no teto do quarto e até o suporte para o cartão de energia que estava se soltando da parede. No geral, o hotel tem potencial e bons pontos fortes, mas precisa investir em manutenção e renovação para entregar uma experiência mais alinhada com a proposta e valor.

Quarto muito limpo e equipe prestativa. O café da manhã é excelente. Tivemos um contratempo: reservamos o quarto mais caro para aproveitar a banheira com nossa neném, mas a água não esquentou. A equipe é super atenciosa e simpatica, o café da manhã é incrível, a localização é ótima, o quarto é ok. Apenas alguns pontos de observação: no hoteis.com o check-in está às 14h00, porém fomos informados que a regra do hotel é às 15h00 (não tivemos problemas com relação à isso, pois nos deixaram entrar às 14h00, mas precisam ajustar essa informação). Há taxa de estacionamento, sendo R$ 25 a diária e uma taxa de serviço extra a ser pago no check-out.
