Não é a primeira vez que fiquei no hotel. Aliás, nas duas vezes fiquei no mesmo quarto. Excelente. Minha única queixa é a demora para responder a um questionamento que fiz para aumentar 1 hóspede (mais 1 filho iria conosco). O quarto era p 4 pessoas, estávamos em 3. Seria só pagar a diferença . Mas demorou tanto a resposta que meu filho desistiu de ir. Uma pena. No mais, tudo perfeito. Como sempre.

Quero registrar crítica ao café da manhã. A torradeira não estava funcionando e logo chamamos um funcionário, o qual não nos ajudou e disse que chamaria alguém, o que não aconteceu. Descaso. Esta é a palavra. Em segundo, o café é seguramente extraforte e feito com água fervida, o que compromete muito o sabor (principalmente para aqueles que sabem apreciar um café com qualidade mínima). Além disso, bolos de consistência seca e sabor artificial, similares àqueles prontos (desses de caixinha que têm nos supermercados). Os salgados fritos com gosto de óleo de péssima qualidade. Enfim, alimentos industrializados de qualidade ruim. A linguiça estava boiando em óleo, o que demonstra a total falta de cuidado com a qualidade e apresentação, inclusive. Em outras palavras, o café da manhã demonstra a falta de preocupação nos detalhes e não condiz com os valores das diárias. Muito abaixo de outros hotéis com preços semelhantes. Sem falar nas práticas abusivas dos vendedores de propriedades compartilhadas (time sharing), que ficam "de tocaia" na saída do café da manhã/restaurante e nas áreas comuns de lazer, se fazendo de simpáticos e agradáveis, oferecendo brindes e tal, importunando os hóspedes desavisados para fazerem novas vítimas. Esse laghetto não aprende nunca, tem mais é que boicotarem esses tipos de hotéis (há outros com as mesmas práticas).
