Opções de melhorias e agradecimento

Gostamos da estadia mas gostaria de salientar que não concordei quando o recepcionista me informou que o estacionamento custava R$33,00, mesmo eu sabendo que estavam cobrando os R$30,00 + 10% que juridicamente sabemos que é opcional essa cobrança, estranhei não darem a informação correta. Não quis causar um certo desconforto, pois sou advogada e só acredito que devam dar informações corretas aos hospedes. Também não acho confortável aquelas pessoas que ficam insistindo para que façamos o passeio cortesia (que bem sabemos é uma estratégia para tentar vender cotas de hotéis) isso poderia ser feito num momento mais cordial, do tipo no saguão da entrada do hotel e não na entrada do café da manhã que mal abrimos os olhos e eles já começam com aquelas insistências sem fim. Gostaria de elogiar os funcionários do café da manhã e o buffet que estava excepcional. Adoramos a temperatura quentinha do quarto, banho e do conforto dos colchões. O acesso a internet é limitado a alguns lugares do hotel, no café não funcionou. Sobre a sala de jogos daria a dica para que investissem na pintura das paredes, está um pouco degradante para turistas e também para o nome de vocês em relação aos outros hotéis, sobre a piscina, fomos após as 10:00 e as janelas estavam todas abertas, um frio congelante e nenhum funcionário para nos orientarmos, como só tinha uma cadeira no local e nós éramos em três, desistimos. Não está de acordo com as fotos do site. Grata.
