Este hotel é espetacular, o ÚNICO hotel que realmente ouve os pedidos dos hóspedes. Roupa de cama de excelente qualidade, cobertas quentes e limpas, limpeza do quarto nota 10. Café da manha maravilhoso! A noite entregam o "boa noite" com a previsao do tempo do dia seguinte e um bombom. Existem ambientes externos para fogueira com marshmallows para as crianças e drinks para adultos. Teve até um saxofonista no sabado no louge. Melhor hotel da Serra!

O hotel é bem bonito e tudo estava limpo e organizado. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, até maior do que eu imaginava. A equipe de funcionários é muito educada e sempre prestativa. Quis fazer uma surpresa na hora do check-in e eles organizaram tudo direitinho e super discretos. A localização é um pouco afastado do centro de Gramado, mas se você estiver de carro, isso não vai ser problema. Por outro lado, é ótimo para quem quer sossego. A região do hotel é super tranquila, nada de barulho. O café tem ótimas opções e preparo de tapiocas e omeletes na hora, de acordo com as opções disponíveis. Recomendo! Achei um ótimo custo-benefício.

O hotel se vende como premium, porém nada mais é do que um de rede normal. Área externa limitada, piscina pequena, suja e com pouca estrutura. Todos espaços e "eventos" sem capacidade para os hóspedes. Isolamento acústico ruim, fora funcionários falando pelos corredores e, principalmente, brigas e gritos entre eles na cozinha do café da manhã. Limpeza muito boa e ambiente agradável em si, porém deixa muito a desejar pelo que se vende.
