Muito bom! Quarto limpo, amplo, ar condicionado em pleno funcionamento. Local conta com cozinha para almoço e janta, comida muito boa, provamos quase todo cardápio e nao houve nenhuma opção ruim. Piscina aquecida, academia funcional, pátio com otimo contato com a natureza. Localizado bem próximo ao centro de Canela e com fácil acesso a Gramado. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa, bem educada, sempre disposta e não tivemos nenhum imprevisto ou problema com nada. Garagem segura no subsolo e elevador para acesso aos demais pavimentos. Recomendo muito!

Instalações do Hotel são impecáveis, tudo muito limpo e novo, além de muito cheiroso! Único ponto que citaria como sugestão de melhoria seria a cozinha… estávamos com a família, total de 8 pessoas e resolvemos almoçar no hotel, porém nossos almoços levaram praticamente 2 horas para serem servidos. Nos mais tudo perfeito!

O quarto é grande e super confortável, a recepção é linda e o café da manhã é delicioso. Os funcionários são cordeais! Como pontos negativos, a piscina é “térmica” mas a água estava fria, embora seja fevereiro a noite fez 19 graus e era impossível entrar, isso me deixou chateada pois viajei com crianças e embora o hotel não tenha estrutura para crianças (já sabia disso ao reservar), a piscina sempre é um divertimento porém não conseguimos usar. Além disso no primeiro dia chegamos às 23hs e para minha surpresa não tinham reposto o shampo e o sabonete líquido do banheiro e o secador estava estragado. Me senti a hóspede chata ligando pra recepção toda hora assim que entrei no quarto. Mas a pior parte foi o box do banheiro q estava MUITO sujo, os rejuntes estavam TODOS mofados, me parece q não tem limpeza alguma no chão e nas paredes a séculos. Nojento demais.

Já nos hospedamos outras vezes, mas nessa vez achei que o nível diminuiu um pouco. Achei o café mais desorganizado e com menos variedade. Demos azar com o quarto, pois o ar condicionado e o telefone não funcionaram. Felizmente conseguiram nos realocar na outra noite para outro que estava em melhores condições. Ainda assim acho que pra casais tem um bom custo benefício.
