As fotos não refletem nada a realidade, paredes sujas no quarto, banheiro com buraco no teto de gesso e quanto ao café da manhã paguei pra tomar café em outros hoteis nos 3 dias, pois talheres sujos, praticamente nada de opções, infelizmente deveria ter visto as avaliações que dizem tudo isso, só fui pelas fotos e me arrependi.

O hotel é lindo, o quarto que ficamos é um charme, local limpo, funcionários atenciosos e educados, café da manhã com boas opções. Faço algumas pontuações para deixar o ambiente ainda mais acolhedor....eu colocaria veda portas nos quartos, pois quando a lareira é acessa a fumaça entra pelas brechas das portas (no primeiro dia, como eu não sabia que a lareira era utilizada, acordei com o cheiro da fumaça, pensei que poderia ser um incêndio até que lembrei da lareira), outra pontuação é, seria muito bom que a lareira do ambiente do café da manhã fosse acessa todas as manhãs, pois o ambiente fica muiiiiito frio. De resto a nossa experiência, foi ótima.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem a equipe foi extremamente solicita, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar, Sr Adelar muito dedicado e atencioso, Sr Marisa super gentil deixando tudo sempre limpo e organizado, o café da manhã maravilhoso teve um bolo especial e a Sr Rose até me deu a receita. Estar nesse hotel tornou a nossa experiência ainda melhor, além que ele é bem bonito, o chuveiro perfeito com água bem quente e forte , algumas pequenas avarias que existem estão sendo resolvidas. A próxima vez que voltaremos em Canela ficaremos no Flame .
