A estrutura e localização do hotel são muito boas, atendentes todos muito educados e prestativos, o bar Irlandês que tem junto ao hotel é fantástico. Uma pena que de sábado para domingo o hotel encheu, e com isso vieram a má educação de alguns hóspedes além de uma muvuca intensa no café da manhã, ao ponto de termos que colocar o quarto em uma lista (fila de espera) para o café.
