Quase perfeito!

Limpeza, condições do lugar, café da manhã, localização e atendimento em geral muito bom. Só não fui informada via aplicativo que no ato da reserva deveria também via whatsapp reservar a vaga para garagem. E, nós chegamos mais tarde que o horário de check in e ainda tivemos tivemos que aguardar o quarto ser finalizado. Eu entendo que o período era da estadia era bem movimentado, então aguardamos. No último dia faltou água no banheiro, também.

Hotel simples para a região.

Hotel simples para padrão Gramado/Canela. Fiz a reserva pelo hotel.com e paguei via app, porém chegando lá estava como não pago e tive que mostrar o comprovante do cartão. No app constava como 2 camas king + 1 solteiro e no quarto tinha 1 cama king e 1 solteiro simples. O café da manhã é muito simples para os padrões da região. O estacionamento paga à parte R$30. Custo benefício não compensa pois não tem um diferencial e o preço semelhante aos outros.
